About the Team

Our strength lies in the depth and range of experience behind every operation. From field execution to safety oversight and leadership, our team brings decades of proven performance across arboriculture, heavy equipment operation, and organizational management.

Field Operations Leadership

Field operations are led by Andrew Millier, a seasoned arborist from Indiana, Pennsylvania, with over a decade of hands-on experience at one of the largest tree service companies in the United States, Davey Tree Services. As a crew leader, Andrew managed complex removals, coordinated equipment, and oversaw high-risk job sites with precision.

He holds a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) and has extensive experience operating heavy machinery, including bucket trucks and other specialized equipment. His leadership ensures that every project is executed with technical accuracy, efficiency, and a strong safety-first mindset.

Public Safety & Compliance

Public safety and regulatory compliance are led by Heather Relahan, who brings over a decade of experience navigating hospital and court compliance environments. Her expertise includes flagman certification, safety oversight, and operational management through her work with Grabber.

Heather ensures that all projects meet strict safety standards, regulatory requirements, and risk mitigation protocols—providing confidence not only to our team but to our clients and the communities we serve.

Executive Leadership

At the executive level, leadership is grounded in decades of real-world experience. With a background that includes serving as President of Pregnate Tender Corporation and managing operations tied to coastal markets in the Carolinas, our leadership brings a long-term perspective on logistics, safety, and business operations.

This foundation is supported by advanced academic training, including completed MBA coursework in Technical Management. Combined with a lifetime of involvement in tree work beginning at a young age, this leadership ensures the company operates with both practical expertise and strategic oversight.
